 Ben Cline votes NO against supporting women and their health care


Ben Cline vote NO against the Ensuring Access to Abortion Act of 2022 prohibits anyone acting under state law from interfering with a person's ability to access out-of-state abortion services.


This bill protects women, families, the health care professionals that care for women, and other innocent people that may help women (such as a taxi driver who transported the women to her healthcare appointment).

Ben Cline voted NO to the Right to Contraception Act . This bill protects an individual's ability to access contraceptives, engage in contraception, and protects a health care provider's ability to provide contraceptives, contraception, and information related to contraception. By voting no he denies contraceptives of all types including condoms which are used to prevent pregnancy as well as preventing sexually transmitted infections (STI).   Ben Cline doesn't care if you get an STI ? I hope not. Hormonal contraceptives (oral contraceptives, hormonal patches, intravaginal rings, and IUDs) are used medically for other conditions including dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB), dysmenorrhea (painful periods), oligomenorrhea (infrequent periods), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), uterine fibroids, endometriosis, acne and others.  Hormonal imbalances can even contribute to worsening of migraine headaches.
